BLACKPINK releases BORN PINK

Ahead of the comeback day, BLACKPINK shared a list of the contents of the songs on the album “Born Pink”.

BLACKPINK’s latest album will have 8 songs, including “Pink Venom” which was released as a single some time ago. The title track is titled “Shut Down” which was written by composers TEDDY and 24.

Meanwhile, members Jisoo and Rose co-wrote the lyrics for song number four, “Yeah Yeah Yeah”, along with VVN and KUSH.

Of course, this phenomenon is quite interesting, but many fans are disappointed. The reason is, the album “Born Pink” only has 8 song titles.

Meanwhile, among the 8 songs, the titles “Ready For Love” and “Pink Venom” were listed, which in fact had been released before “Born Pink” brought out his latest work.

This indicates that there are only 6 new songs from BLACKPINK that fans have been waiting for for a long time.

As for “Pink Venom”, which is a pre-release single and was released on August 19th, it is also included in Born Pink. Born Pink album will be released Friday, September 16, 2022.

According to the YG Entertainment statement, the release of the second album will be followed by BLACKPINK’s world tour starting October 2022.

Based on the schedule in the tour announcement, BLACKPINK will have a concert in Jakarta, Indonesia on March 11, 2023
